How did you start selling PPE?

San Bernardo Ice Cream and Food marketing Consultants, Inc. started New Day Care Products as the result of the initial challenges we faced trying to find the items we needed for our own employees.   Out of frustration over the inaccessibility of product, along with the pricing, we determined that no one should ever have to work that hard to protect their employees.

We are a family-owned second decided to leverage our 50 years of experience with logistics, sourcing and distribution to bring much-needed products, at fair prices to individuals and businesses of all sizes.

I do not see the product I want on your website.

We offer, or have access, to many products not necessarily on the website and we work to expand our product offerings constantly.   Please email us at info@chamberppe.com about what you are looking for and we will be happy to work with you on finding what you need, if we do not already have access to it.

Your kits do not work for me or I need a special program and products.

Please feel free to reach out to us for custom solutions to all your needs.  We have unique, innovative products and custom solutions for companies of all sizes.    If you do not see the type of solution you are looking for, please let us know.    We work with law and accounting firms, hospitals, doctor’s offices, restaurants, hotels, health and beauty stores and companies of all sizes, industries and with a divergent, unique set of needs.   We are here to make your job easier, one item at a time. 

Can you ship to multiple addresses for my one order?

Definitely! If you have multiple locations, we can direct ship custom kits to each of your locations, and each location does not need to receive the same kit, as we understand the volume of each location is not always going to be the same.  We work with a number of companies currently that have either centralized distribution or direct shipment to multiple locations.

What are your Shipping Policies?

Products usually ship within 1 to 2 business days after placing the order and arrive within 2 to 5 business days from shipping. We use UPS or FedEx.  Default freight service will be ground, unless the customer choses a different class of delivery.  Large orders my ship on a pallet using an LTL carrier if delivered to a business.

If a product is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide proof and photos of damaged product and/or packaging so we may file proper claims and follow manufacturer return policies.  You may be required to hold product and packaging, or return product, so please do not discard anything.  Failure to abide by any of the above may affect your claim status.  Please notify us, in writing, via e-mail at info@chamberppe.com and include the tracking number on your package as well as your invoice number and the shipping name on the invoice.

Returns and Refunds

If a product is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide proof and photos of damaged product and/or packaging so we may file proper claims and follow manufacturer return policies.  You may be required to hold product and packaging, or return product, so please do not discard anything.  Failure to abide by any of the above may affect your claim status.  Please notify us, in writing, via e-mail at info@chamberppe.com and include the tracking number on your package as well as your invoice number and the shipping name on the invoice.

If you wish to return a product or are dissatisfied you must notify us within seven (7) days of receipt of the product and let us know why you are dissatisfied with your order and we will do our best to make it right, in the event we are unable to we will discuss refund and replacement options. At least 20% of the product to return must remain unused to be eligible for a return.  Please email us at info@chamberppe.com or call 877-493-2633 so we can discuss it.

My sanitizer smells like alcohol, it that normal?

Yes, we use sanitizers made by distilleries around the country and they do have that boozy smell to them, but only for a moment.  Don’t worry it is perfectly normal, especially when the products are 70% and 80% ethanol alcohol. 

In addition, the FDA has issued guidance that the distilleries are not permitted to alter or improve the taste or smell of the product as an added safety measure.

The firm does not add other active or inactive ingredients, such as ingredients to improve the smell or taste, due to the risk of accidental ingestion in children. Different or additional ingredients may impact the quality and potency of the product.

The brand is not the same as the last time I ordered.

On some items, as we look to improve pricing, quality and consistent availability of product, you may not receive the same brand as a previous order.   In the current environment, we cannot guarantee the same brand or even the same packaging from the same supplier between orders on certain products.  Ideally we want consistency, but, with everything going on, our primary objective is a consistent supply of quality products that meet our criteria.
